Many of us are intimidated by back bends, even if we have an established asana practice. In this workshop series we will explore fundamental alignment tips and techniques that will help you safely explore a variety of back bending postures.

Reversing the tendency to round forward results in better posture, breathing and energy levels.  Back bends also boost the immune system as well as strengthen hips, shoulders and the spine.
