For those of us who live in Alberta, summer has finally arrived and I’m looking forward to the change of pace. From years of working in post-secondary environments, I have seen summer as a welcome time to pause, reflect and recharge. I am pausing registered classes until the fall and I am looking forward to recharging by spending time in nature. The mountains beckon! What do you love about summer?

Morning Yoga

We are getting close to the end of the first month of Align & Shine Morning Yoga and I am delighted that so many of you are making this class a regular part of your weekday routine! How’s it going for you?

I’ve heard from a few of you that it’s difficult to practice at 6:00 am, and I hear you. This feedback has inspired me to offer you an alternative. I have been recording the morning classes and they are now available as replays that you can rent for $25 for 30 days of access. I add new recordings as soon as I can edit and load them up for you so the library will continue to build. So far, there are 20 Align & Shine Morning Yoga videos available!

I have a YouTube Channel!

A project I have been working on behind the scenes is going through the archives of old videos I have recorded such as Facebook Live classes, videos from my old Vimeo channel, etc. and uploading them onto my YouTube channel. I’m starting to build a library that includes yoga class videos, tutorials, and practice tips. And I will be uploading new recordings, too! I hope you will visit my channel and have a look! Summer Yoga Class Replays

Do you remember the days of broadcast TV when summer was known as rerun season? That’s my inspiration here!

As of June 24, 2022, I will be taking a break from teaching registered classes. But that doesn’t mean you need to take a break from your practice! That’s where the replays come in! And, you can take your practice with you during any summer travels as long as you have an internet connection!

Rentals are for 30 days. Regular Price: $30.
