And what works for one does not work for all. You will explore ways to adapt a variety of CAT soft prop exercises to more effectively meet the needs of your clients and offer them a supportive experience. You will also unpack the intentions behind each exercise and look at ways to incorporate CAT exercises into movement coaching sessions as well as yoga classes such as Yin, Restorative and Hatha Yoga.
