With the benefit of individualized support, the focus is on you, your needs and your goals.

We will meet either online or in person to explore how you can move and feel better. Personalized coaching can help you if you are recovering from injuries or illness, have challenges with joint mobility, want to refine yoga poses, explore breath work or be guided through well-rounded yoga and movement practices.

Frequently asked questions

Coaching sessions can be designed any way you wish.

Each session begins with a check-in to discuss how you are feeling and what you would like to focus on. Your focus might be a physical goal or challenge, to de-stress, explore specific movements or yoga poses or enjoy a guided yoga practice. Perhaps you want support with meditation, breath work, or lifestyle goals.

After the check-in, I will design the session around your specific goals. We will end the with a few minutes of stillness to give you some time to pause, rest and integrate what we explored.

  • Customized 1-1 sessions are all about you and your individual wellness goals.

  • Private sessions focus on your growth and specific concerns while also offering privacy and accountability.

  • They are an investment in long-term, sustainable strategies that will empower you to thrive!

  • They are the best way to help you foster a comprehensive understanding of how you are currently moving (or not moving!) and how those movements may, or may not, be serving you.

  • 30+ years experience as a well-rounded student of yoga

  • 30+ years experience as a teacher of yoga classes, workshops and training
    programs

  • 17+ years as a certified and registered massage therapist

  • Certifications in yoga, Pilates, biomechanics, functional movement, functional breathing, therapeutics and more.

  • Ongoing study of anatomy, biomechanics, wellness practices, movement modalities, yoga techniques and philosophy

  • Enthusiasm for the ways in which the practices of yoga and mindful movement can enhance your wellness

  • Interest and enthusiasm for the value of yoga and mindfulness practice in a changing world.

Online: We can connect online through Zoom! When your session or sessions are booked, you will receive a Zoom link. You will also receive a meeting reminder with the link 15 minutes prior to the session.

Your Home or Office (Central Calgary, AB): If yoga and other self-care practices are hard for you to fit into your busy life, me traveling to you is the best solution! There is a $25 travel fee per session.

When: Daytime sessions are available Tuesday through Friday.

Appointments & Payments

Credit Card:

Click on Pay with Credit Card. This will open a window from which you can choose your options. Credit card payments automatically generate an email receipt.

E-Transfer:

Please send transfer to nora@noramaskeyyoga.com. Refer to Pricing and Package Options on this page for the total amount. Please include a note letting me know what the payment is for.

Session Length: 60 minutes

Single Session: $125 +gst ($131.25)
4 Session Package: $425 +gst ($446.25)
8 Session Package: $825 +gst ($866.25)

Travel Rates for In Person Session: an additional $25 +gst ($26.25) per 60-minute session

Online sessions are booked through Zoom.

You will receive a booking confirmation email at the time of booking as well as a reminder 15 minutes before your session begins.

Appointment Cancellation

If cancellation is necessary, please send me and email at least 24 hours in advance. Your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

Please email nora@noramaskeyyoga.com with your name and the date and time of your session.

Please note, I do not offer refunds. However, if you give me at least 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, I will credit your payment toward another session. If you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you may lose the session payment you have already made.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a an appointment is missed without cancelling.

Late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the session.
