
This class combines two mobility practices, yoga and Rollax. We start class with a mindful, gentle flow to warm up and tune into the body. We follow the yoga flow, with the mobility ball, roller and other supportive props as we work into some of the bigger muscles of the body, mixing in some restorative postures and stretches as well. This class is inclusive and accessible for all bodies. Bring your requests and openness to this class,; we’ll bring the rollers, props and tunes.
