Introduction to Critical Alignment Therapy
SUN MAY 12, 2024, 4 - 6 PM MDT (SUN MAY 12, 2024, 4 - 6 PM MDT)

Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) uses a mind-body approach that explores linked movement chains in the body. It is designed to release tension and strain while improving functional movement by integrating specialized props, conscious breathing, and slow-moving therapeutic exercises.

As a highly effective yoga-based modality, CAT is known to reduce back, shoulder and hip pain and stiffness whether caused by injury, postural issues or habitual movement patterns. Nora will introduce you to the customized props and show you how to use them before guiding you through a well-rounded series of exercises for shoulders, hips and spine. Open to everyone. No yoga experience needed. Wear clothing you can move in and expect to be seated and lying down for this supportive offering.
